Our production sites
Particularly attached to its origins and history, COVI has set up all its production units in western France and now has 3 specialized sites.
CANNED MEAT AND TRIPIERS PRODUCTS IN BREWERY (79)
It is in Bressuire that COVI's historical products are manufactured, such as canned meat (corned beef) and offal recipes (tripe, gizzards, etc.).
COVI is also the leader on the Tripes market.
A reference site for our HEREFORD, DOLO and COVI brands, the Bressuire plant has three major certifications: IFS, BRC and BIO.
DISHES PREPARED IN ST SÉBASTIEN SUR LOIRE (44
Located in the Nantes urban area, this site specializes in the production of ready-made meals. Very versatile, it produces many recipes (exotic, Italian, French, meatless, organic...) and in a wide range of packaging (doypack bag, microwaveable tray, cups, box, case).
A reference site for our PAUL & LOUISE brand, the San Sebastian Sur Loire plant also has 3 major certifications: IFS, BRC and BIO.
PATÉS & TERRINES IN NANÇAY (18)
Located in Sologne, our Nançay site is dedicated to the production of pâtés and terrines. Historically focused on game, we are also developing recipes based on pork, poultry and plants.
A reference site for our AVON & RAGOBERT brand, the Nançay plant is IFS and BIO certified.
